Sahih al-Bukhari 615
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, "If the people knew the reward for pronouncing the Adhan and for standing in the first row (in congregational prayers) and found no other way to get that except by drawing lots they would draw lots, and if they knew the reward of the Zuhr prayer (in the early moments of its stated time) they would race for it (go early) and if they knew the reward of `Isha' and Fajr (morning) prayers in congregation, they would come to offer them even if they had to crawl."
حضرت ابوہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’اگر لوگوں کو معلوم ہو جائے کہ اذان اور صف اول میں کیا ثواب ہے، پھر وہ اپنے لیے قرعہ ڈالنے کے علاوہ کوئی چارہ نہ پائیں تو ضرور قرعہ اندازی کریں۔ اور اگر لوگوں کو علم ہو کہ نماز ظہر کے لیے جلدی آنے کا کتنا ثواب ہے تو ضرور سبقت کریں۔ اور اگر وہ جان لیں کہ عشاء اور فجر باجماعت ادا کرنے میں کتنا ثواب ہے تو ان دونوں (کی جماعت) میں ضرور آئیں اگرچہ انہیں سرینوں کے بل چل کر آنا پڑے۔‘‘
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: ''Agar logon ko maloom ho jaye ke azan aur saff-e-awwal mein kya sawab hai, phir wo apne liye qura daalne ke ilawa koi chara na payain to zaroor qura-andazi karain. Aur agar logon ko ilm ho ke namaz-e-zohar ke liye jaldi aane ka kitna sawab hai to zaroor sabqat karain. Aur agar wo jaan lain ke isha aur fajr ba-jama'at ada karne mein kitna sawab hai to un dono (ki jama'at) mein zaroor ayain khwah unhein sureenon ke bal chal kar aana pare.''
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ مَوْلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : لَوْ يَعْلَمُ النَّاسُ مَا فِي النِّدَاءِ وَالصَّفِّ الْأَوَّلِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَجِدُوا إِلَّا أَنْ يَسْتَهِمُوا عَلَيْهِ لَاسْتَهَمُوا ، وَلَوْ يَعْلَمُونَ مَا فِي التَّهْجِيرِ لَاسْتَبَقُوا إِلَيْهِ ، وَلَوْ يَعْلَمُونَ مَا فِي الْعَتَمَةِ وَالصُّبْحِ لَأَتَوْهُمَا وَلَوْ حَبْوًا .
