Sahih al-Bukhari 631
Malik (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that "We came to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and stayed with him for twenty days and nights. We were all young and of about the same age. The Prophet (صلى ہللا عليه و آله وسلم) was very kind and merciful. When he realized our longing for our families, he asked about our homes and the people there and we told him. Then he asked us to go back to our families and stay with them and teach them (the religion) and to order them to do good things. He also mentioned some other things which I (don't know if have remembered them all). The Prophet ( صلى ہللا عليه و آلهوسلم) then added, "Pray as you have seen me praying and when it is the time for the prayer one of you should pronounce the Adhan and the oldest of you should lead the prayer.
حضرت مالک بن حویرث ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا کہ ہم چند ایک ہم عمر نوجوان ساتھی نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور بیس دن تک آپ کے ہاں قیام کیا۔ آپ انتہائی نرم دل اور بڑے مہربان تھے۔ جب آپ نے خیال کیا کہ ہمیں اپنے گھر والوں کا شوق بےچین کر رہا ہے تو آپ نے ہم سے ان کی احوال پرسی فرمائی جنہیں ہم اپنے پیچھے چھوڑے آئے تھے۔ ہم نے آپ کو ان کے حالات سے آگاہ کیا تو آپ نے فرمایا: ’’واپس اپنے اہل خانہ کے پاس لوٹ جاؤ اور انہیں کے پاس رہو۔ انہیں دین کی تعلیم دو اور انہیں اچھی باتوں کی تلقین کرو۔‘‘ آپ ﷺ نے مزید باتیں بیان فرمائیں جن میں سے کچھ مجھے یاد ہیں اور کچھ یاد نہیں، نیز آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’جس طرح تم نے مجھے نماز پڑھتے دیکھا ہے اسی طرح نماز پڑھا کرو۔ اور جب نماز کا وقت آ جائے تو تم میں سے کوئی شخص اذان کہہ دے، البتہ تم میں سے عمر کے اعتبار سے بڑا جماعت کرائے۔‘‘
Hazrat Malik bin Huwairith (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne farmaya ke hum chand ek hum-umar naujawan sathi Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein hazir hue aur bees din tak aap ke haan qiyam kiya. Aap intihayi narm dil aur bare meharban thay. Jab aap ne khayal kiya ke humein apne ghar walon ka shauq be-chain kar raha hai to aap ne hum se un ki ahwal-pursi farmayi jinhein hum apne peeche chore aaye thay. Hum ne aap ko un ke halat se agah kiya to aap ne farmaya: ''Wapas apne ahl-e-khana ke paas laut jao aur unhi ke paas raho. Unhein deen ki taleem do aur unhein acchi baton ki talqeen karo.'' Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne mazeed batain bayan farmayin jin mein se kuch mujhe yaad hain aur kuch yaad nahi, neez aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: ''Jis tarah tum ne mujhe namaz parhte dekha hai isi tarah namaz parha karo. Aur jab namaz ka waqt aa jaye to tum mein se koi shakhs azan keh de, albatta tum mein se umar ke itibar se bara jama'at karaye.''
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، أَتَيْنَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحْنُ شَبَبَةٌ مُتَقَارِبُونَ ، فَأَقَمْنَا عِنْدَهُ عِشْرِينَ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً ، وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَحِيمًا رَفِيقًا ، فَلَمَّا ظَنَّ أَنَّا قَدِ اشْتَهَيْنَا أَهْلَنَا أَوْ قَدِ اشْتَقْنَا سَأَلَنَا عَمَّنْ تَرَكْنَا بَعْدَنَا ، فَأَخْبَرْنَاهُ ، قَالَ : ارْجِعُوا إِلَى أَهْلِيكُمْ ، فَأَقِيمُوا فِيهِمْ وَعَلِّمُوهُمْ وَمُرُوهُمْ ، وَذَكَرَ أَشْيَاءَ أَحْفَظُهَا أَوْ لَا أَحْفَظُهَا وَصَلُّوا كَمَا رَأَيْتُمُونِي أُصَلِّي ، فَإِذَا حَضَرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَلْيُؤَذِّنْ لَكُمْ أَحَدُكُمْ وَلْيَؤُمَّكُمْ أَكْبَرُكُمْ .
