Sahih al-Bukhari 6638
Abu Dhar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that he reached him (the Prophet ﷺ) while in the shade of the Ka`ba; he was saying, ‘they are the losers, by the Lord of the Ka`ba. They are the losers, by the Lord of the Ka`ba. I said (to myself), ‘what is wrong with me? Is anything improper detected in me? What is wrong with me? Then I sat beside him, and he kept on saying his statement. I could not remain quiet, and Allah knows in what sorrowful state I was at that time. So, I said, ' who are they (the losers), let My father and mother be sacrificed for you, O Allah's Apostle ( صلىہللا عليه و آله وسلم)? He said, ‘they are the wealthy people, except the one who does like this and like this and like this (spends of his wealth in Allah's Cause).
حضرت ابو ذر ؓ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے کہا: میں آپ ﷺ تک پہنچا تو آپ کعبے کے سائے میں بیٹھے فرما رہے تھے: ”رب کعبہ کی قسم! وہی سب سے زیادہ خسارے والے ہیں۔ رب کعبہ کی قسم ! وہی سب سے زیادہ نقصان اٹھانے والے ہیں۔“ میں نے (دل میں) کہا: میری کیا حالت ہے شاید میرے متعلق کوئی چیز نظر آئی ہے؟ پھر آپ ﷺ کے پاس بیٹھ گیا اور آپ مسلسل یہ فرماتے رہے تو میں خاموش نہ رہ سکا۔ اللہ کی مشیت کے مطابق مجھ پر ایک عجیب سی بے قراری طاری ہوگئی۔ میں نے پوچھا: اللہ کے رسول! میرے ماں باپ آپ پر فدا ہوں وہ کون لوگ ہیں؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جن کے پاس مال زیادہ ہے لیکن ان سے وہ مستشنیٰ ہیں جنہوں نے اس طرح اور اس طرح (بے دریغ اللہ کی راہ) خرچ کیا ہوگا۔“
Hazrat Abu Zar (Razi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai unhon ne kaha: Main Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) tak pahuncha toh Aap Ka'ba ke saye mein baithe farma rahe the: 'Rabb-e-Ka'ba ki qasam! wohi sab se zyada khasare wale hain. Rabb-e-Ka'ba ki qasam! wohi sab se zyada nuqsan uthane wale hain.' Main ne (dil mein) kaha: Meri kya halat hai shayad mere mutallaq koi cheez nazar ayi hai? Phir Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke paas baith gaya aur Aap musalsal yeh farmate rahe toh main khamosh na reh saka. Allah ki mashiyat ke mutabiq mujh par ek ajeeb si be-qarari tari ho gayi. Main ne poocha: Allah ke Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)! mere maan baap Aap par fida hon woh kaun log hain? Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: 'Yeh woh log hain jin ke paas maal zyada hai lekin un se woh mustasna hain jinhon ne is tarah aur is tarah (be-dareigh Allah ki raah) kharch kiya hoga.'
حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ الْمَعْرُورِ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، قَالَ : انْتَهَيْتُ إِلَيْهِ ، وَهُوَ فِي ظِلِّ الْكَعْبَةِ ، يَقُولُ : هُمُ الْأَخْسَرُونَ وَرَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ ، هُمُ الْأَخْسَرُونَ وَرَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ ، قُلْتُ : مَا شَأْنِي أَيُرَى فِيَّ شَيْءٌ ، مَا شَأْنِي ؟ فَجَلَسْتُ إِلَيْهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ ، فَمَا اسْتَطَعْتُ أَنْ أَسْكُتَ وَتَغَشَّانِي مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ ، فَقُلْتُ : مَنْ هُمْ بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : الْأَكْثَرُونَ أَمْوَالًا ، إِلَّا مَنْ قَالَ : هَكَذَا ، وَهَكَذَا ، وَهَكَذَا .
