Sahih al-Bukhari 6667
Narrated Abu Huraira: A man entered the mosque and started praying while Allah's Apostle was sitting somewhere in the mosque. Then (after finishing the prayer) the man came to the Prophet and greeted him. The Prophet said to him, Go back and pray, for you have not prayed. The man went back, and having prayed, he came and greeted the Prophet. The Prophet after returning his greetings said, Go back and pray, for you did not pray. On the third time the man said, (O Allah's Apostle!) teach me (how to pray). The Prophet said, When you get up for the prayer, perform the ablution properly and then face the Qibla and say Takbir (Allahu Akbar), and then recite of what you know of the Qur'an, and then bow, and remain in this state till you feel at rest in bowing, and then raise your head and stand straight; and then prostrate till you feel at rest in prostration, and then sit up till you feel at rest while sitting; and then prostrate again till you feel at rest in prostration; and then get up and stand straight, and do all this in all your prayers.
حضرت ابوہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی مسجد میں نماز پڑھنے کے لیے داخل ہوا جبکہ رسول اللہ ﷺ مسجد کے ایک کونے میں تشریف فرما تھے۔ نماز سے فراغت کے بعد وہ شخص آیا اور اپ کو سلام کیا تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”لوٹ جا، دوبارہ نماز پڑھ تو نے نماز نہیں پڑھی۔“ وہ واپس گیا نماز پڑھ کر دوبارہ آیا اور آپ کو سلام کیا تو آپ ﷺ نے اس مرتبہ بھی یہی فرمایا: ”واپس جا اور نماز پڑھ کیونکہ تو نے نماز نہیں پڑھی۔“ آخر تیسری مرتبہ اس نے کہا: آپ مجھے نماز کا طریقہ سکھا دیں۔ آپ نے فرمایا: ”جب تم نماز پڑھنے كا اراده كرو تو پہلے اچھی طرح وضو کرو، قبلہ رو ہو کر تکبیر تحریمہ کہو اور قرآن کا جو حصہ آسانی سے پڑھ سکتے ہو اسے تلاوت کرو، اس کے بعد اطمینان کے ساتھ رکوع کرو، پھر اپنا سر اٹھاؤ، جب سیدھے کھڑے ہو جاؤ تو پھر اطمینان کے ساتھ سجدہ کرو، پھر اپنا سر اٹھاؤ یہاں تک کہ سیدھے اطمینان سے بیٹھ جاؤ، پھر اطمینان سے سجدہ کرو، پھر اپنا سر اٹھاؤ یہاں تک کہ سیدھے کھڑے ہو جاؤ، تم یہ عمل اپنی پوری نماز میں کرو۔“
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Razi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke ek aadmi masjid mein namaz padhne ke liye dakhil hua jabke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) masjid ke ek kone mein tashreef-farma the. Namaz se faraghat ke baad woh shakhs aya aur Aap ko salam kiya toh Aap ne farmaya: 'Laut ja, dobara namaz padh tu ne namaz nahi padhi.' Woh wapas gaya namaz padh kar dobara aya aur Aap ko salam kiya toh Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne is martaba bhi yahi farmaya: 'Wapas ja aur namaz padh kyonke tu ne namaz nahi padhi.' Aakhir teesri martaba us ne kaha: Aap mujhe namaz ka tariqa sikha dein. Aap ne farmaya: 'Jab tum namaz padhne ka irada karo toh pehle achi tarah wudhu karo, qibla-ru ho kar takbeer-e-tahreema kaho aur Quran ka jo hissa asani se padh sakte ho ise tilawat karo, is ke baad itminan ke saath ruku karo, phir apna sar uthao, jab seedhe khade ho jao toh phir itminan ke saath sajda karo, phir apna sar uthao yahan tak ke seedhe itminan se baith jao, phir itminan se sajda karo, phir apna sar uthao yahan tak ke seedhe khade ho jao, tum yeh amal apni poori namaz mein karo.'
حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ فَصَلَّى ، وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي نَاحِيَةِ الْمَسْجِدِ ، فَجَاءَ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ : ارْجِعْ فَصَلِّ ، فَإِنَّكَ لَمْ تُصَلِّ ، فَرَجَعَ فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : وَعَلَيْكَ ، ارْجِعْ فَصَلِّ فَإِنَّكَ لَمْ تُصَلِّ ، قَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ : فَأَعْلِمْنِي ، قَالَ : إِذَا قُمْتَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ ، فَأَسْبِغْ الْوُضُوءَ ، ثُمَّ اسْتَقْبِلِ الْقِبْلَةَ ، فَكَبِّرْ وَاقْرَأْ بِمَا تَيَسَّرَ مَعَكَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ ، ثُمَّ ارْكَعْ حَتَّى تَطْمَئِنَّ رَاكِعًا ، ثُمَّ ارْفَعْ رَأْسَكَ حَتَّى تَعْتَدِلَ قَائِمًا ، ثُمَّ اسْجُدْ حَتَّى تَطْمَئِنَّ سَاجِدًا ، ثُمَّ ارْفَعْ حَتَّى تَسْتَوِيَ وَتَطْمَئِنَّ جَالِسًا ، ثُمَّ اسْجُدْ حَتَّى تَطْمَئِنَّ سَاجِدًا ، ثُمَّ ارْفَعْ حَتَّى تَسْتَوِيَ قَائِمًا ، ثُمَّ افْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فِي صَلَاتِكَ كُلِّهَا .
