بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلاً أُولَئِكَ لاَ خَلاَقَ لَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ وَلاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ

Sahih al-Bukhari 6676
Narrated `Abdullah: Allah's Apostle said, If somebody is ordered (by the ruler or the judge) to take an oath, and he takes a false oath in order to grab the property of a Muslim, then he will incur Allah's Wrath when he will meet Him. And Allah revealed in its confirmation: 'Verily! Those who purchase a small gain at the cost of Allah's covenants and their own oaths.' (3.77)
حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود ؓ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جس نے جھوٹی قسم بایں طور کھائی کہ اس کے ذریعے سے کسی مسلمان کا مال ناجائز طریقے سے حاصل کرے گا کہ وہ اس پر سخت غضبناک ہوگا۔“ پھر اللہ تعالٰی نے اس کی تصدیق بایں الفاظ نازل فرمائی: ”بے شک جولوگ اللہ کے عہد اپنی قسموں کو معمولی قیمت کے عوض بیچ دیتے ہیں۔“
Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (Razi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai unhon ne kaha ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: 'Jis ne jhooti qasam ba-in-taur khayi ke is ke zariye se kisi Musalman ka maal najayez tariqe se hasil kare ga toh woh (Allah se) is haal mein mile ga ke Woh us par sakht ghazab-naak hoga.' Phir Allah Ta'ala ne is ki tasdeeq ba-in alfaz nazil farmai: 'Be-shak jo log Allah ke ahd aur apni qasmon ko mamuli qeemat ke iwaz beich dete hain...'
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينِ صَبْرٍ ، يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ ، لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَصْدِيقَ ذَلِكَ : إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلا سورة آل عمران آية 77 إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ .
