Chapter: “Our property is not to be inherited, and whatever we leave is Sadaqa.”

باب قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ "
Sahih al-Bukhari 6727
Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet said, Our (Apostles') property should not be inherited, and whatever we leave, is to be spent in charity.
سیدہ عائشہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”ہمارا کوئی وارث نہیں بن سکتا، ہم جو کچھ بھی چھوڑیں وہ صدقہ ہے۔“
Sayyida Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Hamara koi waris nahi ban sakta, hum jo kuch bhi chodein wo sadqa hai."
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبَانَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : لَا نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ .
