Sahih al-Bukhari 6748
Ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that a man and his wife had a case of Lian (or Mula'ana) during the lifetime of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and the man denied the paternity of her child. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) gave his verdict for their separation (divorce) and then the child was regarded as belonging to the wife only.
حضرت ابن عمر ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے نبی ﷺ کے عہد مبارک میں اپنی بیوی سے لعان کیا اور اسکے بچے کو اپنا بچہ ماننے سے انکار کر دیا تو نبی ﷺ نے ان دونوں کے درمیان علیحدگی کرا دی اور بچے کو ماں کے ساتھ لاحق (منسوب) کر دیا۔
Hazrat Ibn Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke ek aadmi ne Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke ahd-e-mubarak mein apni biwi se li'aan kiya aur us ke bachay ko apna bacha maanne se inkar kar diya to Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne in dono ke darmiyan alahidgi kara di aur bachay ko maa ke sath lahaq (mansoob) kar diya.
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ قَزَعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ رَجُلًا لَاعَنَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي زَمَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَانْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهَا ، فَفَرَّقَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمَا ، وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالْمَرْأَةِ .
