Sahih al-Bukhari 6789
Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet said, The hand should be cut off for stealing something that is worth a quarter of a Dinar or more.
سیدہ عائشہ ؓ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے کہا: نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”چوتھائی دینار یا اس سے زیادہ مالیت چوری کرنے پر ہاتھ کاٹ دیا جائے گا۔“ عبدالرحمن بن خالد، امام زہری کے بھتیجے اور معمر نے زہری سے روایت کرنے میں ابراہیم بن سعد کی متابعت کی ہے۔
Sayyida Aisha (Radi Allahu Anha) se riwayat hai unhone kaha: Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Chauthayi dinar ya is se zyada maliyat chori karne par hath kaat diya jaye ga." Abdur Rahman bin Khalid, Imam Zuhri ke bhatije aur Ma'mar ne Zuhri se riwayat karne mein Ibrahim bin Saad ki mutabi'at ki hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ ، فَصَاعِدًا ، تَابَعَهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، وَابْنُ أَخِي الزُّهْرِيِّ ، وَمَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ .
