بَابُ مَنْ قُضِيَ لَهُ بِحَقِّ أَخِيهِ فَلاَ يَأْخُذْهُ، فَإِنَّ قَضَاءَ الْحَاكِمِ لاَ يُحِلُّ حَرَامًا وَلاَ يُحَرِّمُ حَلاَلاً

Sahih al-Bukhari 7181
Ummul Momineen Um Salama (رضي الله تعالى عنها) narrated that Allah's Apostle ( صلى ہللا عليه و آلهوسلم) heard some people quarreling at the door of his dwelling, so he went out to them and said, ‘I am only a human being, and litigants with cases of dispute come to me, and someone of you may happen to be more eloquent in presenting his case than the other, whereby I may consider that he is truthful and pass a judgment in his favor. If ever I pass a judgment in favor of somebody whereby, he takes a Muslim's right unjustly, then whatever he takes is nothing but a piece of Fire, and it is up to him to take or leave.’
نبی ﷺ کی زوجہ محترمہ سیدنا ام سلمہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اپنے حجرے کے دروازے پر جھگڑے کی آواز سنی تو باہر تشریف لائے پھر آپ نے فرمایا: ”میں بھی ایک انسان ہوں اور میرے پاس لوگ اپنے مقدمے لے کر آتےہیں۔ ممکن ہے کہ ان میں سے ایک فریق دوسرے کی نسبت اپنا مقصد واضح کرنے میں زیادہ ماہر ہو، میں یقین کرلوں کہ وہی سچا ہے اور اس طرح کے حق میں فیصلہ کر دوں ایسے حالات میں جس شخص کے لیے بھی میں کسی مسلمان کے حق کا فیصلہ کر دوں تو وہ خالص دوزخ کا ٹکڑا ہے، وہ چاہے تو اسے لے لے یا چھوڑ دے۔“
Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki zauja mohtarma Sayyidah Umm-e-Salama (Radi Allahu Anha) se riwayat hai ke Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne apne hujre ke darwaze par jhagray ki awaz suni to bahar tashreef laye phir aap ne farmaya: "Main bhi aik insan hoon aur mere paas log apne muqaddame le kar aate hain. Mumkin hai ke in mein se aik fareeq doosre ki nisbat apna maqsad wazeh karne mein zyada mahir ho, main yaqeen karloon ke wahi sacha hai aur is tarah ke haqq mein faisla kar doon aise halat mein jis shakhs ke liye bhi main kisi musalman ke haqq ka faisla kar doon to woh khalis dozakh ka tukra hai, woh chahe to usay le le ya chor de."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، قَال : أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتَ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ ، أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَخْبَرَتْهَا ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ خُصُومَةً بِبَابِ حُجْرَتِهِ فَخَرَجَ إِلَيْهِمْ ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ وَإِنَّهُ يَأْتِينِي الْخَصْمُ ، فَلَعَلَّ بَعْضَكُمْ أَنْ يَكُونَ أَبْلَغَ مِنْ بَعْضٍ ، فَأَحْسِبُ أَنَّهُ صَادِقٌ فَأَقْضِي لَهُ بِذَلِكَ ، فَمَنْ قَضَيْتُ لَهُ بِحَقِّ مُسْلِمٍ ، فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ قِطْعَةٌ مِنَ النَّارِ فَلْيَأْخُذْهَا ، أَوْ لِيَتْرُكْهَا .
