باب الصَّفِّ الأَوَّلِ
Sahih al-Bukhari 721
And then he added, If the people knew the Reward for the Zuhr prayer in its early time, they would race for it. If they knew the reward for the `Isha' and the Fajr prayers in congregation, they would join them even if they had to crawl. If they knew the reward for the first row, they would draw lots for it.
آپ نے فرمایا: ’’اگر لوگوں کو علم ہو کہ سخت گرمی یا اول وقت میں نماز پڑھنے کی کیا فضیلت ہے تو اسے ادا کرنے کے لیے دوڑ لگائیں۔ اور اگر وہ جان لیں کہ عشاء اور صبح کی نماز میں کیا ثواب ہے تو یقیناً ان میں شریک ہوں اگرچہ انہیں گھٹنوں کے بل چل کر آنا پڑے۔ اور اگر انہیں معلوم ہو کہ پہلی صف میں کیا فضیلت ہے تو اس کے حصول کے لیے ضرور قرعہ اندازی کریں۔‘‘
Aap ne farmaya: ''Agar logon ko ilm ho ke sakht garmi ya awwal waqt mein namaz parhne ki kya fazeelat hai to ise ada karne ke liye dour lagayein. Aur agar wo jaan lein ke Isha aur Subah ki namaz mein kya sawab hai to yaqeenan un mein shareek hon agarchay unhein ghutnon ke bal chal kar aana pare. Aur agar unhein maloom ho ke pehli saff mein kya fazeelat hai to is ke husool ke liye zaroor qur'a andazi karein.' '
وَقَالَ : وَلَوْ يَعْلَمُونَ مَا فِي التَّهْجِيرِ لَاسْتَبَقُوا ، وَلَوْ يَعْلَمُونَ مَا فِي الْعَتَمَةِ وَالصُّبْحِ لَأَتَوْهُمَا وَلَوْ حَبْوًا ، وَلَوْ يَعْلَمُونَ مَا فِي الصَّفِّ الْمُقَدَّمِ لَاسْتَهَمُوا .
