Sahih al-Bukhari 837
Narrated Um Salama: Whenever Allah's Apostle finished his prayers with Taslim, the women would get up and he would stay on for a while in his place before getting up. Ibn Shihab said, I think (and Allah knows better), that the purpose of his stay was that the women might leave before the men who had finished their prayer.
حضرت ام سلمہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ ﷺ جب سلام پھیرتے تھے تو خواتین آپ کے سلام پھیرتے ہی کھڑی ہو کر اپنے گھروں کو روانہ ہو جاتی تھیں اور آپ کھڑے ہونے سے پہلے کچھ دیر ٹھہر جاتے۔ ابن شہاب کہتے ہیں کہ اصل علم تو اللہ تعالیٰ کو ہے، البتہ جو میں سمجھا ہوں وہ یہ ہے کہ آپ اس لیے کچھ دیر ٹھہرے رہتے تھے تاکہ خواتین جلدی چلی جائیں قبل ازیں کہ مرد حضرات نماز سے فارغ ہو کر انہیں پا سکیں۔
Hazrat Umm-e-Salama (Radiyallahu Anha) se riwayat hai, unhon ne farmaya: Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) jab salam pherte thay to khawateen aap ke salam pherte hi khari ho kar apne gharon ko rawan ho jati thin aur aap khare hone se pehle kuch der thehar jate. Ibn Shihab kehte hain ke asal ilm to Allah Ta'ala ko hai, albatta jo mein samjha hoon wo yeh hai ke aap is liye kuch der thehre rehte thay taake khawateen jaldi chali jayein qabal az-ein ke mard hazrat namaz se farigh ho kar unhein pa sakein.
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ هِنْدٍ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ ، أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا سَلَّمَ قَامَ النِّسَاءُ حِينَ يَقْضِي تَسْلِيمَهُ ، وَمَكَثَ يَسِيرًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقُومَ ، قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ : فَأُرَى وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ أَنَّ مُكْثَهُ لِكَيْ يَنْفُذَ النِّسَاءُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُدْرِكَهُنَّ مَنِ انْصَرَفَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ .
