Sahih al-Bukhari 866
Narrated Um Salama: (the wife of the Prophet) In the lifetime of Allah's Apostle the women used to get up when they finished their compulsory prayers with Taslim. The Prophet and the men would stay on at their places as long as Allah will. When the Prophet got up, the men would then get up.
نبی ﷺ کی زوجہ محترمہ حضرت ام سلمہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ ﷺ کے عہد مبارک میں خواتین فرض نماز سے سلام پھیرنے کے فورا بعد اٹھ جاتی تھیں جبکہ رسول اللہ ﷺ اور مرد حضرات جس قدر اللہ کو منظور ہوتا نماز کے بعد اپنی جگہ پر بیٹھے رہتے۔ پھر جب رسول اللہ ﷺ اٹھتے تو دوسرے مرد بھی کھڑے ہو جاتے۔
Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki zauja-e-muhtarma Hazrat Umm-e-Salama (Radiyallahu Anha) se riwayat hai, unhon ne farmaya: Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke ahd-e-mubarak mein khawateen farz namaz se salam pherne ke foran baad uth jati thin jabke Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) aur mard hazrat jis qadar Allah ko manzoor hota namaz ke baad apni jagah par baithe rehte. Phir jab Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) uthte to dusre mard bhi khare ho jate.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَتْنِي هِنْدُ بِنْتُ الْحَارِثِ ، أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَخْبَرَتْهَا أَنَّ النِّسَاءَ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُنَّ إِذَا سَلَّمْنَ مِنَ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ قُمْنَ ، وَثَبَتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَنْ صَلَّى مِنَ الرِّجَالِ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ ، فَإِذَا قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ الرِّجَالُ .
