Chapter on a man approaching his wife while she is menstruating

باب إذا أتى الرجل امرأته وهي حائض

Sunan al-Darimi 1139

It is narrated on the authority of Imam Muhammad bin Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding a man who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, he said: He should seek forgiveness from Allah.

Grade: Sahih

امام محمد بن سیرین رحمہ اللہ سے ایسے آدمی کے بارے میں مروی ہے جو اپنی بیوی سے حالت حیض میں جماع کرے، فرمایا: اللہ سے مغفرت طلب کرے۔

Imam Muhammad bin Sirin rehmatullah alaihe se aise aadmi ke bare mein marvi hai jo apni biwi se halat haiz mein jima kare, farmaya: Allah se magfirat talab kare.

(حديث مقطوع) أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، فِي الَّذِي يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، قَالَ: "يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ".
