Sunan al-Darimi 1846
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to recite Talbiyah in this way: “Labbayk Allahumma labbayk (I respond to Your call O Allah, I respond to Your call)…..” to the end. Meaning: I am present O Allah, I am present, You have no partner, I am present, all praise and attributes are for You alone, and sovereignty is Yours, You have no partner. Yahya said: Nafi’ mentioned that Sayyidina Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) used to add to it: “Labbayka war raghiba’u ilaika wal amal, labbayka, labbayk (I respond to Your call, my desire and deeds are for You, I respond to Your call, I respond to Your call).”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ اس طرح تلبیہ کہتے تھے: «لَبَّيْكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ .......... إلى آخرها» یعنی میں حاضر ہوں اے اللہ میں حاضر ہوں، میں حاضر ہوں تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں، حاضر ہوں تیری خدمت میں سب تعریف اور نعت تیرے ہی لئے ہے اور سلطنت بھی تیری ہی ہے تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں، یحییٰ نے کہا: نافع نے ذکر کیا سیدنا عبدالله بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما اس میں اتنا اور بڑھاتے تھے: «لَبَّيْكَ وَالرَّغْبَاءُ إِلَيْكَ وَالْعَمَلُ، لَبَّيْكَ لَبَّيْكَ.»
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is tarah talbiyah kahte the: «Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik .......... ila akhiriha» yani mein hazir hun aye Allah mein hazir hun, mein hazir hun tera koi sharik nahi, hazir hun teri khidmat mein sab tareef aur naat tere hi liye hai aur sultanat bhi teri hi hai tera koi sharik nahi, Yahya ne kaha: Nafi ne zikar kiya Sayyidna Abdullah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a is mein itna aur barhate the: «Labbaik wa ar-raghiba ilaika wal-amal, Labbaik Labbaik.».
أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا لَبَّى، قَالَ: "لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ". قَالَ قَالَ يَحْيَى: وَذَكَرَ نَافِعٌ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ يَزِيدُ هَؤُلَاءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ: "لَبَّيْكَ وَالرَّغْبَاءُ إِلَيْكَ وَالْعَمَلُ، لَبَّيْكَ لَبَّيْكَ"..
