Sunan al-Darimi 2142
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If a person drinks wine, flog him. If he drinks it again, flog him. If he drinks it a third time, flog him. And if he drinks it a fourth time, kill him."

سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جب کوئی نشہ کر لے تو اسے کوڑے لگاؤ، پھر اگر ایسا کرے تو اسے کوڑے مارو، پھر شراب پئے تو اسے کوڑے مارو، چوتھی بار پھر اگر شراب پئے تو اس کو جان سے مار ڈالو۔“
Sayyidna Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne kaha: Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Jab koi nasha kar le to use kore lagao, phir agar aisa kare to use kore maro, phir sharab piye to use kore maro, chauthi baar phir agar sharab piye to us ko jaan se maar dalo.“.
حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "إِذَا سَكِرَ، فَاجْلِدُوهُ، ثُمَّ إِذَا سَكِرَ، فَاجْلِدُوهُ، ثُمَّ إِذَا سَكِرَ، فَاجْلِدُوهُ، ثُمَّ إِذَا سَكِرَ، فَاضْرِبُوا عُنُقَهُ". يَعْنِي فِي الرَّابِعَةِ.
