Sunan al-Darimi 2269
Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) separated the husband and wife who had invoked the curse (Li'an) on each other, and the child was given to the mother.
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے لعان کرنے والے میاں بیوی میں تفریق کرا دی اور بچہ اس کی ماں کو دے دیا۔
Saydna Abdullah bin Umar Radi Allaho Anhuma ne kaha ki Rasool Allah Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne laan karne wale mian biwi mein tafreeq kara di aur baccha uski maan ko de diya.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: "فَرَّقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ، وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِأُمِّهِ".
