Sunan al-Darimi 2987
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit, may Allah be pleased with him, that regarding the inheritance of the child of a Mula'anah (a person who has committed adultery), one-third goes to the mother and the remaining two-thirds go to Baitul Maal.

سیدنا زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ سے ابن الملاعنہ کی میراث کے بارے میں ہے کہ ماں کے لئے ایک تہائی، باقی دو تہائی بیت المال کے لئے ہے۔
Sayyidna Zaid bin Sabit (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se Ibn al-mulaanah ki miraas ke baare mein hai ki maan ke liye ek tihaai, baqi do tihaai baitul maal ke liye hai.
(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ فِي مِيرَاثِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَة: "لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ، وَالثُّلُثَانِ لِبَيْتِ الْمَالِ".
