Sunan al-Darimi 2993
It is narrated on the authority of Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him), regarding the one who left behind his mother and maternal uncles: He said, “For the mother is a third, and what remains is for the maternal uncles on the mother's side.”
Grade: Hasan
حسن رحمہ اللہ سے ابن الملاعنہ کے بارے میں مروی ہے: جس نے اپنے پیچھے اپنی ماں اور ماں کے عصبہ چھوڑے، انہوں نے کہا: ماں کے لئے ثلث ہے اور جو بچے وہ ماں کے عصبہ کے لئے ہے۔
Hasan rahmatullah alaih se ibn ulmulaanah ke baare mein marvi hai: jis ne apne peeche apni maan aur maan ke asba chhode, unhon ne kaha: maan ke liye suls hai aur jo bache wo maan ke asba ke liye hai.
(حديث موقوف) أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ تَرَكَ أُمَّهُ وَعَصَبَةَ أُمِّهِ، قَالَ: "الثُّلُثُ لِأُمِّهِ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِعَصَبَةِ أُمِّهِ".
