ومن كتاب الفرائض
Chapter: Rights of women in loyalty.
باب: ما للنساء من الولاء
Sunan al-Darimi 3176
It is narrated on the authority of Layth, that Thawus (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The women of Wala' will not inherit except (the Wala' of) the one whom they (themselves) set free, or the one whom the one they set free sets free.
Grade: Da'if
لیث سے مروی ہے طاؤس رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: ولاء کی عورتیں وارث نہ ہوں گی سوائے اس کے (ولاء کے) جس کو وہ (خود) آزاد کریں یا وہ آزاد کرے جس کو انہوں نے آزاد کیا ہے۔
Lais se marvi hai Taus rehmatullah alaih ne kaha: Wala ki auratain waris na hongi siwae uske (wala ke) jisko wo (khud) azad karen ya wo azad kare jisko unhon ne azad kiya hai.
(حديث مقطوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، قَالَ: "لَا تَرِثُ النِّسَاءُ مِنْ الْوَلَاءِ إِلَّا مَا أَعْتَقْنَ، أَوْ أَعْتَقَ مَنْ أَعْتَقْنَ".
