Chapter: Rights of women in loyalty.
باب: ما للنساء من الولاء
Sunan al-Darimi 3183
Mansur said: I asked Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him): A man wrote a document of emancipation for his slave, then passed away, leaving behind male and female heirs. He [Ibrahim] said: It [the slave's freedom] will only be from the men's share, not the women's.

منصور نے کہا: میں نے ابراہیم رحمہ اللہ سے پوچھا: ایک آدمی نے اپنے غلام سے مکاتبت کی پھر انتقال کر گیا اور اپنے پیچھے عورت مرد وارثین چھوڑے؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ: وہ صرف مردوں کا حصہ ہو گا عورتوں کا نہیں۔
Mansoor ne kaha: maine Ibrahim rehmatullah se poocha: ek aadmi ne apne gulaam se mukatabat ki phir intiqal kar gaya aur apne peeche aurat mard warisain chhore? unhon ne kaha ki: woh sirf mardon ka hissa hoga auraton ka nahin.
(حديث مقطوع) حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَاتَبَ عَبْدًا لَهُ، ثُمَّ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ وَلَدًا رِجَالًا وَنِسَاءً، قَالَ: "لِلذُّكُورِ دُونَ الْإِنَاثِ".
