From the Book of Inheritance

ومن كتاب الفرائض Chapter: Rights of women in loyalty.
باب: ما للنساء من الولاء
Sunan al-Darimi 3187
It is narrated from Hisham that his father said: The one who is entitled to inheritance is the one who is entitled to loyalty.
Grade: Sahih
ہشام سے مروی ہے ان کے والد نے کہا: ولاء کا حق دار وہی ہو گا جو میراث کا حق دار ہو گا۔
Hisham se marvi hai un ke walid ne kaha: wala ka haqdaar wahi ho ga jo miras ka haqdaar ho ga.
(حديث مقطوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: "يُحْرِزُ الْوَلَاءَ مَنْ يُحْرِزُ الْمِيرَاثَ".
