Sahih Ibn Hibban 186
Abu Huraira narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "A fornicator is not a believer at the moment he is fornicating, and a thief is not a believer at the moment he is stealing, and a drinker of alcohol is not a believer at the moment he is drinking it, and one who robs something of value, and towards which the eyes of the people look, is not a believer at the moment he is robbing it." I asked Az-Zuhri - what is this? He said: Upon the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) [be] the conveyance (of the message) and upon us [be] submission.
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”زانی جب زنا کرتا ہے تو اس وقت وہ مومن نہیں ہوتا اور نہ چور جب چوری کرتا ہے تو اس وقت وہ مومن ہوتا ہے اور نہ شراب پینے والا جب شراب پیتا ہے تو اس وقت وہ مومن ہوتا ہے اور نہ وہ ڈاکو جس پر لوگوں کی نگاہیں پڑتی ہیں جب وہ ڈاکہ ڈالتا ہے تو اس وقت وہ مومن ہوتا ہے“۔ میں نے زہری سے پوچھا یہ کیا ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر پہنچادینا (یعنی تبلیغ کرنا) ہے اور ہم پر (حکم الٰہی اور رسول کے فرمان کی) فرمانبرداری ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: ”Zani jab zina karta hai to us waqt wo momin nahi hota aur na chor jab chori karta hai to us waqt wo momin hota hai aur na sharaab peene wala jab sharaab peeta hai to us waqt wo momin hota hai aur na wo daku jis par logon ki nigahein padhti hain jab wo daka dalta hai to us waqt wo momin hota hai“۔ Maine Zahri se poocha yeh kya hai? Unhon ne kaha: Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam par pahunchana (yani tabligh karna) hai aur hum par (hukm ilahi aur Rasool ke farmaan ki) farmanbardari hai.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ كُلُّهُمْ يُحَدِّثُونَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرُ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ يَرْفَعُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ إِلَيْهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ وَهُوَ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا مُؤْمِنٌ» فَقُلْتُ لِلزُّهْرِيِّ مَا هَذَا؟ فَقَالَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْبَلَاغُ وَعَلَيْنَا التَّسْلِيمُ
