Sahih Ibn Hibban 2876
Abu 'Ayyash az-Zurqi reported: We were with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, in 'Usfan. Khalid ibn al-Walid was on guard against the polytheists. We prayed the noon prayer and the polytheists said, "They were in a position where if we wished, we could have taken them by surprise or caught them off guard." The verses of shortening the prayer were revealed between the noon and afternoon prayers. The people took up their weapons and lined up behind the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, in two rows facing the enemy. The polytheists were facing them. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, bowed to begin the prayer and they all bowed. He raised his head and they all raised their heads. Then he prostrated and the row behind him prostrated, while the other remained standing, guarding them. When those who were prostrating had finished, the other row prostrated. Then the row behind moved up to take the place of the first, and they stood up in their places. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, bowed and they all bowed. Then he raised his head and they all raised their heads. Then he prostrated and the row behind him prostrated, while the others remained standing, guarding them. When those who were prostrating had finished, the others prostrated. Then they stood up with him, so they were all standing. Then he finished the prayer with the salutation of peace and they all did likewise. He prayed it this way in 'Usfan and on the day of Bani Sulaym.
ابو عیاش زُرقی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ عُسفان میں تھے۔ خالد بن ولید مشرکوں سے ہوشیار رہنے کے لیے مامور تھے۔ ہم نے ظہر کی نماز پڑھی تو مشرکوں نے کہا کہ "وہ ایسی جگہ تھے کہ اگر ہم چاہتے تو ان پر حملہ کر کے انہیں غافل پکڑ سکتے تھے۔" ظہر اور عصر کے درمیان نماز قصر کرنے کی آیات نازل ہوئیں۔ لوگوں نے اپنے ہتھیار اٹھا لیے اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پیچھے دو صفوں میں دشمن کے سامنے کھڑے ہو گئے۔ مشرک ان کے سامنے تھے۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نماز شروع کرنے کے لیے رکوع کیا اور سب نے رکوع کیا۔ آپ نے سر اٹھایا تو سب نے سر اٹھائے۔ پھر آپ نے سجدہ کیا تو آپ کے پیچھے والی صف نے سجدہ کیا اور دوسری صف ان کی حفاظت کے لیے کھڑی رہی۔ جب سجدہ کرنے والے فارغ ہو گئے تو دوسری صف نے سجدہ کیا۔ پھر پیچھے والی صف آگے بڑھی اور پہلی صف کی جگہ لے لی اور وہ اپنی اپنی جگہ کھڑے ہو گئے۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے رکوع کیا اور سب نے رکوع کیا۔ پھر آپ نے سر اٹھایا اور سب نے سر اٹھائے۔ پھر آپ نے سجدہ کیا تو آپ کے پیچھے والی صف نے سجدہ کیا اور دوسری صف ان کی حفاظت کے لیے کھڑی رہی۔ جب سجدہ کرنے والے فارغ ہو گئے تو دوسری صف نے سجدہ کیا۔ پھر وہ آپ کے ساتھ کھڑے ہو گئے، اس طرح سب کھڑے ہو گئے۔ پھر آپ نے سلام پھیر کر نماز ختم کی اور سب نے سلام پھیرا۔ آپ نے عُسفان میں اور بنو سلیم کے دن اسی طرح نماز پڑھائی۔
Abu Ayash Zurqi Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki hum Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke sath Usfan mein thay. Khalid bin Waleed mushrikon se hoshiyar rahne ke liye mamoor thay. Hum ne Zuhr ki namaz parhi to mushrikon ne kaha ki "Woh aisi jagah thay ki agar hum chahte to un par hamla kar ke unhein ghafil pakad sakte thay." Zuhr aur Asr ke darmiyaan namaz qasar karne ki ayat nazil huin. Logon ne apne hathiyar utha liye aur Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke peeche do saffon mein dushman ke samne khade ho gaye. Mushrik un ke samne thay. Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne namaz shuru karne ke liye ruku kiya aur sab ne ruku kiya. Aap ne sar uthaya to sab ne sar uthaye. Phir aap ne sajda kiya to aap ke peeche wali saf ne sajda kiya aur dusri saf un ki hifazat ke liye khadi rahi. Jab sajda karne wale farigh ho gaye to dusri saf ne sajda kiya. Phir peeche wali saf aage badhi aur pehli saf ki jagah le li aur woh apni apni jagah khade ho gaye. Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne ruku kiya aur sab ne ruku kiya. Phir aap ne sar uthaya aur sab ne sar uthaye. Phir aap ne sajda kiya to aap ke peeche wali saf ne sajda kiya aur dusri saf un ki hifazat ke liye khadi rahi. Jab sajda karne wale farigh ho gaye to dusri saf ne sajda kiya. Phir woh aap ke sath khade ho gaye, is tarah sab khade ho gaye. Phir aap ne salam phir kar namaz khatam ki aur sab ne salam pheira. Aap ne Usfan mein aur Banu Saleem ke din isi tarah namaz parhai.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَيَّاشٍ الزُّرَقِيُّ قَالَ «كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِعُسْفَانَ وَعَلَى الْمُشْرِكِينَ خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ فَصَلَّيْنَا الظُّهْرَ فَقَالَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ لَقَدْ كَانُوا عَلَى حَالٍ لَوْ أَرَدْنَا لَأَصَبْنَاهُمْ غِرَّةً أَوْ لَأَصَبْنَاهُمْ غَفْلَةً قَالَ فَأُنْزِلَتْ آيَةُ الْقَصْرِ بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ فَأَخَذَ النَّاسُ السِّلَاحَ وَصَفُّوا خَلْفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ صَفَّيْنِ مُسْتَقْبِلِي الْعَدُوِّ وَالْمُشْرِكُونَ مُسْتَقْبِلَوهُمْ فَكَبَّرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَكَبَّرُوا جَمِيعًا وَرَكَعَ وَرَكَعُوا جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ وَرَفَعُوا جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ سَجَدَ وَسَجَدَ الصَّفُّ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ وَقَامَ الْأَخَرُ يَحْرُسُونَهُمْ فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ هَؤُلَاءِ مِنْ سُجُودِهِمْ سَجَدَ هَؤُلَاءِ ثُمَّ نَكَصَ الصَّفُّ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ وَتَقَدَّمَ الْآخَرُونَ فَقَامُوا مَقَامَهُمْ فَرَكَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَرَكَعُوا جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَرَفَعُوا جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ سَجَدَ وَسَجَدَ الصَّفُّ الَّذِي يَلِيهِ وَقَامَ الْآخَرُونَ يَحْرُسُونَهُمْ فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ هَؤُلَاءِ مِنْ سُجُودِهِمْ سَجَدَ الْآخَرُونَ ثُمَّ اسْتَوُوا مَعَهُ فَقَعَدُوا جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ جَمِيعًا صَلَّاهَا بِعُسْفَانَ وَصَلَّاهَا يَوْمَ بَنِي سُلَيْمٍ»
