Sahih Ibn Hibban 4051
Nafi' reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "A man should not propose marriage to a woman who is already engaged to his brother, unless the first one leaves her or permits him to propose."
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا "کسی آدمی کے لیے جائز نہیں کہ وہ اپنے بھائی کی منگیتر کو نکاح کا پیغام دے، ہاں اگر وہ خود چھوڑ دے یا اسے اجازت دے تو الگ بات ہے۔"
Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya "Kisi aadmi ke liye jaiz nahi ke woh apne bhai ki mangetar ko nikah ka paigham de, haan agar woh khud chhor de ya use ijazat de to alag baat hai."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا صَخْرُ بْنُ جُوَيْرِيَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَخْطُبُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَتْرُكَ الْخَاطِبُ الْأَوَّلُ أَوْ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ فَيَخْطُبُ»
