Sahih Ibn Hibban 4109
Aisha reported: My paternal uncle from the tribe of Bani Adiyy came and asked my permission to enter (my dwelling). I refused him permission until I had asked the Prophet (ﷺ). She said: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came to me (in the house) and I asked (him). Upon this he said: He is (like) your uncle (of real relationship), so permit him (to enter). She said: Messenger of Allah, he suckled me and it was not a man who suckled me (but a woman). Upon this Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: He is your uncle (having the same degree of relationship as that of a real uncle), so permit him to enter.
عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میرے چچا بنو عدی کی طرف سے میرے پاس آئے اور مجھ سے ملنے کی اجازت چاہی، میں نے انہیں اس وقت تک اجازت نہیں دی جب تک میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے نہ پوچھ لیا، آپ بیان کرتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم میرے پاس گھر میں تشریف لائے تو میں نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا، اس پر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا وہ تمہارے چچا کی طرح ہیں، لہٰذا انہیں اجازت دے دو، آپ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم انہوں نے مجھے دودھ پلایا تھا اور وہ کوئی مرد نہیں تھے (بلکہ ایک عورت تھیں) جو مجھے دودھ پلاتی تھیں، اس پر اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا وہ تمہارے چچا ہیں (اسی درجہ کے رشتہ دار ہیں جیسے کہ ایک حقیقی چچا ہوتا ہے)، لہٰذا انہیں اندر آنے کی اجازت دو۔
Ayesha Radi Allahu Anha kehti hain ke mere chacha Banu Adi ki taraf se mere pass aaye aur mujhse milne ki ijazat chahi, maine unhen us waqt tak ijazat nahi di jab tak maine Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se na pooch liya, aap bayan karti hain ke Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam mere pass ghar mein tashreef laaye to maine aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se poocha, is par aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya woh tumhare chacha ki tarah hain, lihaza unhen ijazat de do, aap Radi Allahu Anha kehti hain ke Allah ke Rasul Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne unhon ne mujhe doodh pilaya tha aur woh koi mard nahi the (balke ek aurat thin) jo mujhe doodh pilati thin, is par Allah ke Rasul Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya woh tumhare chacha hain (isi darja ke rishtedar hain jaise ke ek haqiqi chacha hota hai), lihaza unhen andar aane ki ijazat do.
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ جَاءَ عَمِّي مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةَ فَاسْتَأْذَنَ عَلَيَّ فَأَبَيْتُ أَنْ آذَنَ لَهُ حَتَّى أَسْأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَتْ فَجَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ «إِنَّهُ عَمُّكِ فَأَذَنِي لَهُ» فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّمَا أَرْضَعَتْنِي الْمَرْأَةٌ وَلَمْ يُرْضِعْنِي الرَّجُلُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ مَنْ يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الْوِلَادَةِ»
