Sahih Ibn Hibban 4118
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade that a woman be married to her paternal uncle or to her maternal uncle, or to her brother's daughter, or to her sister's daughter. And he forbade that the older sister be married to the husband of the younger sister, and the younger sister to the husband of the older sister.
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے منع فرمایا کہ عورت کی شادی اس کے چچا یا ماموں سے کی جائے یا اس کے بھائی کی بیٹی سے یا اس کی بہن کی بیٹی سے اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے یہ بھی منع فرمایا کہ بڑی بہن کی شادی چھوٹی بہن کے شوہر سے کی جائے اور چھوٹی بہن کی شادی بڑی بہن کے شوہر سے کی جائے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne mana farmaya ki aurat ki shadi uske chacha ya mamun se ki jaye ya uske bhai ki beti se ya uski bahan ki beti se aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne ye bhi mana farmaya ki badi bahan ki shadi chhoti bahan ke shohar se ki jaye aur chhoti bahan ki shadi badi bahan ke shohar se ki jaye.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى الْوَاسِطِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ دَاوُدَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَعَلَى خَالَتِهَا وَعَلَى بِنْتِ أَخِيهَا وَعَلَى بِنْتِ أُخْتِهَا وَنَهَى أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْكُبْرَى عَلَى الصُّغْرَى وَالصُّغْرَى عَلَى الْكُبْرَى»
