Sahih Ibn Hibban 4121
Al-Zubayr narrated: Rifaa'a bin Samwal divorced his wife Tamima bint Wahb during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) by saying three times (in one sitting). 'Abdur-Rahman bin Az-Zubair married her, but could not consummate the marriage, so he divorced her. Rifaa'a wanted to remarry her, although he had been the first husband who had divorced her. He mentioned the case to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), but he forbade him to remarry her, saying: "She is not lawful for you until she has tasted the sweetness of marriage with another husband."
الزبیر بن عوام رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رفاعہ بن سموئل نے اپنی بیوی تمیمہ بنت وہب کو رسول اللہ ﷺ کی زندگی میں ایک ہی مجلس میں تین دفعہ طلاق کہہ کر طلاق دے دی۔ عبدالرحمٰن بن زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ نے ان سے نکاح کر لیا، مگر ان سے صحبت نہیں کی اور انہیں طلاق دے دی۔ رفاعہ انہیں واپس لینا چاہتے تھے، حالانکہ پہلے شوہر وہی تھے جنہوں نے انہیں طلاق دی تھی۔ انہوں نے یہ معاملہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کو بتلایا تو آپ ﷺ نے انہیں ان سے دوبارہ نکاح کرنے سے منع فرما دیا اور فرمایا: ”یہ تم پر حلال نہیں ہیں یہاں تک کہ یہ کسی دوسرے شوہر کے نکاح میں جماع کا مزہ نہ چکھ لیں۔“
Alzubair bin Awaam Razi Allaho Anho bayan karte hain ke Rafaah bin Samual ne apni biwi Tameema bint Wahab ko Rasool Allah SAW ki zindagi mein ek hi majlis mein teen dafa talaq keh kar talaq de di. Abdul Rahman bin Zubair Razi Allah Anho ne unse nikah kar liya magar unse subha nahi ki aur unhein talaq de di. Rafaah unhein wapas lena chahte thay halan ke pehle shohar wohi thay jinhon ne unhein talaq di thi. Unhon ne yeh mamla Rasool Allah SAW ko batlaya to aap SAW ne unhein unse dobara nikah karne se mana farma diya aur farmaya yeh tum par halal nahi hain yahan tak ke yeh kisi dusre shohar ke nikah mein jima ka maza na chakh lein.
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ الْقُرَظِيِّ عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّ رِفَاعَةَ بْنَ سَمَوْأَلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ تَمِيمَةَ بِنْتَ وَهْبٍ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ ثَلَاثًا فَنَكَحَهَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ فَلَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ يَمَسَّهَا فَفَارَقَهَا فَأَرَادَ رِفَاعَةُ أَنْ يَنْكِحَهَا وَهُوَ زَوْجُهَا الْأَوَّلُ الَّذِي كَانَ طَلَّقَهَا فَذَكَرَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَنَهَاهُ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا وَقَالَ «لَا تَحِلُّ لَكَ حَتَّى تَذُوقَ الْعُسَيْلَةَ»
