Sahih Ibn Hibban 4148
Narrated by Rabi’ ibn Sabra: My father went on a military expedition with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I went out (with the army) and there was a man from my people with me. He was more handsome than me and closer to having a beard. Each of us had a cloak. My cloak was old, while the cloak of my cousin was new and fresh. When we were in the lower part of Makkah or its higher part, we met a girl like a young she-camel. We said, “Can we have intimate relations with you?” She said, “What can you offer?” Each of us spread out his cloak. She started looking at the other man. When he saw her looking at me with admiration, he said, “This (man’s) cloak is old, and mine is new and fresh.” She said, “There is nothing wrong with this one’s cloak.” Then I had intimate relations with her, and we did not leave until the Messenger of Allah ﷺ declared it forbidden.
ربیع بن سبرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ میرے والد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک فوجی مہم پر گئے تھے۔ میں (فوج کے ساتھ) باہر نکلا اور میرے ساتھ میرے قبیلے کا ایک آدمی تھا۔ وہ مجھ سے زیادہ خوبصورت تھا اور اس کی داڑھی بھی مجھ سے زیادہ تھی۔ ہم میں سے ہر ایک کے پاس ایک چادر تھی۔ میری چادر پرانی تھی، جبکہ میرے چچا زاد کی چادر نئی اور تازہ تھی۔ جب ہم مکہ کے نشیبی علاقے یا اس کے اونچے حصے میں تھے تو ہم ایک ایسی لڑکی سے ملے جو جوان اونٹنی کی طرح تھی۔ ہم نے کہا، "کیا ہم آپ کے ساتھ مباشرت کر سکتے ہیں؟" اس نے کہا، "تم کیا پیشکش کر سکتے ہو؟" ہم میں سے ہر ایک نے اپنی چادر بچھا دی۔ وہ دوسرے آدمی کو دیکھنے لگی۔ جب اس نے دیکھا کہ وہ تعریف بھری نظروں سے مجھے دیکھ رہی ہے تو اس نے کہا، "اس (آدمی کی) چادر پرانی ہے، اور میری نئی اور تازہ ہے۔" اس نے کہا، "اس کی چادر میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔" پھر میں نے اس کے ساتھ مباشرت کی، اور ہم وہاں سے نہیں ہٹے یہاں تک کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے حرام قرار دے دیا۔
Rabia bin Sabra razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ke mere walid Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke sath ek fauji maheem par gaye the. Mein (fauj ke sath) bahar nikla aur mere sath mere qabile ka ek aadmi tha. Woh mujh se zyada khoobsurat tha aur us ki darhi bhi mujh se zyada thi. Hum mein se har ek ke pass ek chadar thi. Meri chadar purani thi, jabke mere chacha zad ki chadar nayi aur taza thi. Jab hum Makkah ke nishabi ilaqe ya us ke unche hisse mein the to hum ek aisi ladki se mile jo jawan untni ki tarah thi. Hum ne kaha, "Kya hum aap ke sath mubashrat kar sakte hain?" Us ne kaha, "Tum kya peshkash kar sakte ho?" Hum mein se har ek ne apni chadar bichha di. Woh dusre aadmi ko dekhne lagi. Jab us ne dekha ke woh tareef bhari nazron se mujhe dekh rahi hai to us ne kaha, "Is (aadmi ki) chadar purani hai, aur meri nayi aur taza hai." Us ne kaha, "Is ki chadar mein koi harj nahin hai." Phir mein ne us ke sath mubashrat ki, aur hum wahan se nahin hate yahan tak ke Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne use haram qarar de diya.
أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ غَزِيَّةَ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ «غَزَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ فَخَرَجْتُ أَنَا وَرَجُلٌ مِنْ قَوْمِي لِي عَلَيْهِ فَضْلٌ فِي الْجَمَالِ وَهُوَ قَرِيبٌ مِنَ الدَّمَامَةِ مَعَ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنَّا بُرْدٌ أَمَا بُرْدِي فَبُرْدٌ خَلَقٌ وَأَمَّا بُرْدُ ابْنِ عَمِّي فَبُرْدٌ جَدِيدٌ غَضٌّ حَتَّى إِذَا كُنَّا أَسْفَلَ مَكَّةَ أَوْ بِأَعْلَاهَا فَلَقَيْنَا فَتَاةً مِثْلُ الْبَكْرَةِ فَقُلْنَا هَلْ نَسْتَمْتِعُ مِنْكِ قَالَتْ وَمَاذَا تَبْذُلَانِ فَنَشَرَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنَّا بُرْدَهُ فَجَعَلَتْ تَنْظُرُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ فَإِذَا رَآهَا الرَّجُلُ تَنْظُرُ إِلَيَّ عِطْفِهَا وَقَالَ بُرْدُ هَذَا خَلَقٌ وَبُرْدِي جَدِيدٌ غَضٌّ فَتَقُولُ بُرْدُ هَذَا لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ ثُمَّ اسْتَمْتَعْتُ مِنْهَا فَلَمْ نَخْرُجْ حَتَّى حَرَّمَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ»
