Sahih Ibn Hibban 4554
Narrated Aisha: Fatima the daughter of Utbah ibn Rabi'ah came to give a pledge to the Prophet (ﷺ) and he made her repeat the words: "{They should not steal, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse}." She put her hand on her head out of shyness at which the Prophet (ﷺ) was amazed. Aisha said to her, "Repeat O woman! By Allah, we have not given the pledge to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) but on this." So, he made her give the pledge on that Verse.
عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ فاطمہ بنت عقبہ بن ربیع رضی اللہ عنہا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ہاں بیعت کرنے آئیں تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے یہ الفاظ کہلوائے: {وَلَا يَسْرِقْنَ وَلَا يَزْنِينَ} تو انہوں نے حیا کی وجہ سے اپنا ہاتھ اپنے سر پر رکھ لیا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اس پر تعجب ہوا تو عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے ان سے کہا کہ اے عورت! پھر سے کہو۔ اللہ کی قسم ہم نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ہاتھ پر اسی (آیت) پر بیعت کی ہے۔ تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے اسی آیت پر بیعت لی۔
Ayesha raza Allah tala anha se riwayat hai ki Fatima bint Aqba bin Rafi raza Allah tala anha Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke han bai't karne aayin to aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne un se ye alfaz kehlwaye: {wala yasriqna wala yaznina} to unhon ne haya ki waja se apna hath apne sar par rakh liya to Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ko is par tajjub hua to Ayesha raza Allah tala anha ne un se kaha ki aye aurat! phir se kaho. Allah ki qasam hum ne Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke hath par isi (aayat) par bai't ki hai. To aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne un se isi aayat par bai't li.
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ جَاءَتْ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ تَبَايَعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَخَذَ عَلَيْهَا أَنْ «{لَا يَسْرِقْنَ وَلَا يَزْنِينَ} » الْآيَةُ قَالَتْ فَوَضَعَتْ يَدَهَا عَلَى رَأْسِهَا حَيَاءً فَأَعْجَبَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَا رَأَى مِنْهَا فَقَالَتْ لَهَا عَائِشَةُ قَرِّي أَيَّتُهَا الْمَرْأَةُ فَوَاللَّهِ مَا بَايَعْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِلَّا عَلَى هَذَا فَبَايَعَهَا بِالْآيَةِ
