Sahih Ibn Hibban 4639
Jabir reported: A man said, "O Messenger of Allah, which form of jihad is best?" The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "That your horse is bridled and your blood is shed."
جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! جہاد کی کون سی قسم بہترین ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تیرا گھوڑا لگام ڈالے ہوئے ہو اور تیرا خون بہہ رہا ہو۔“
Jabar razi Allah unhu kehte hain ke aik aadmi ne arz kiya Ya Rasool Allah jihad ki kon si qisam behtarin hai Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya Tera ghora lagam daale huye ho aur tera khoon beh raha ho
أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْجُمَحِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيُّ الْجِهَادِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ «أَنْ يُعْقَرَ جَوَادُكَ وَيُهْرَاقَ دَمُكَ»
