Sahih Ibn Hibban 4737
Abu Salama narrated from Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, if it were not that it would be difficult for the Muslims, I would never stay behind from any expedition in the way of Allah. However, I cannot find the means to transport them, nor can they find the means to go out. It would grieve them to stay behind after me. By the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, if I were to fight in the way of Allah and be killed, then brought back to life and killed again." He said it three times.
ابو سلمہ نے ابو ہریرہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ”اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے، اگر مجھے مسلمانوں کی وجہ سے فکر نہ ہوتی تو میں اللہ کے راستے میں کسی مہم سے بھی پیچھے نہ رہتا لیکن نہ تو میرے پاس اتنا سامان ہے کہ میں انہیں (مجاہدین کو) سواریاں مہیا کر سکوں اور نہ ہی ان کے پاس اتنا سامان ہے کہ خود ہی تیاری کر سکیں، اور میرا پیچھے رہنا ان پر شاق گزرتا ہے، اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں محمد کی جان ہے، اگر مجھے اللہ کے راستے میں قتل کیا جائے پھر زندہ کیا جائے پھر قتل کیا جائے“۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تین مرتبہ یہی فرمایا۔
Abu Salma ne Abu Huraira se riwayat ki keh Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya keh "Iss zaat ki qasam jis ke haath mein meri jaan hai, agar mujhe Musalmanon ki wajah se fikr na hoti to main Allah ke raaste mein kisi muhim se bhi peeche na rehta lekin na to mere paas itna saman hai keh main unhen (mujahidin ko) sawariyan muhayya kar sakun aur na hi un ke paas itna saman hai keh khud hi taiyari kar sakein, aur mera peeche rehna un par shaq guzarta hai, iss zaat ki qasam jis ke haath mein Muhammad ki jaan hai, agar mujhe Allah ke raaste mein qatl kiya jaye phir zinda kiya jaye phir qatl kiya jaye". Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne teen martaba yahi farmaya.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْلَا أَنْ أَشُقَّ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا قَعَدْتُ خَلْفَ سَرِيَّةٍ تَغْزُو فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَبَدًا وَلَكِنْ لَا أَجِدُ سَعَةً فَأَحْمِلُهُمْ وَلَا يَجِدُونَ سَعَةً فَيَخْرُجُونَ وَيَشُقُّ عَلَيْهِمْ أَنْ يَتَخَلَّفُوا بَعْدِي وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَوَدِدْتُ أَنِّي أَغْزُو فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَأُقْتَلُ ثُمَّ أَحْيَا فَأُقْتَلُ» قَالَ ذَلِكَ ثَلَاثًا
