Sahih Ibn Hibban 4927
Narrated Aisha: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Land revenue is (determined) in proportion to the produce."
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "خراج (زراعت کی پیداوار) کے تناسب سے (مقرر کیا جاتا ہے)"۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Kharaj (ziraat ki paidaawar) ke tanaasub se (muqarrar kiya jata hai)".
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْقَطَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الزَّنْجِيُّ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْخَرَاجُ بِالضَّمَانِ»
