Sahih Ibn Hibban 5495
Narrated Ibn Umar: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) acquired a ring made of gold, and he would wear it with its stone on the palm of his hand. The people also acquired rings (of gold). So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) took it off, saying, "I will never wear it." Then he acquired a ring of silver, and it was in his hand, then in the hand of Abu Bakr, then in the hand of Umar, then in the hand of Uthman, until it fell from him in the well of Aris.
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سونے کی انگوٹھی بنوائی اور اسے ہتھیلی کی طرف نگینہ کر کے پہنا، پھر لوگوں نے بھی (سونے کی) انگوٹھیاں بنوائیں تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے اتار کر فرمایا، ”میں اسے کبھی نہیں پہنوں گا۔“ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے چاندی کی انگوٹھی بنوائی وہ آپ کے ہاتھ میں رہی پھر ابوبکر کے ہاتھ میں رہی، پھر عمر کے ہاتھ میں رہی، پھر عثمان کے ہاتھ میں رہی، یہاں تک کہ وہ ان سے آریس کے کنویں میں گر گئی۔
Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne sone ki anguthi banwai aur use hatheli ki taraf nageena kar ke pehna, phir logon ne bhi (sone ki) anguthian banwain to Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne use utar kar farmaya, ”main ise kabhi nahin pehnoon ga“ Phir aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne chandi ki anguthi banwai woh aap ke hath mein rahi phir Abubakar ke hath mein rahi, phir Umar ke hath mein rahi, phir Usman ke hath mein rahi, yahan tak ke woh un se Aaris ke kunwein mein gir gai.
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ اتَّخَذَ خَاتَمًا مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَكَانَ يَجْعَلُ فَصَّهُ مِمَّا يَلِي بَطْنَ كَفِّهِ فَاتَّخَذَ النَّاسُ الْخَوَاتِيمَ فَأَلْقَاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَقَالَ «لَا أَلْبَسُهُ أَبَدًا» ثُمَّ اتَّخَذَ خَاتَمًا مِنْ وَرِقٍ وَكَانَ فِي يَدِهِ ثُمَّ فِي يَدِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ثُمَّ فِي يَدِ عُمَرَ ثُمَّ فِي يَدِ عُثْمَانَ حَتَّى هَلَكَ مِنْهُ فِي بِئْرِ أَرِيسٍ «
