Sahih Ibn Hibban 6129
Ali ibn Husayn reported: The son of Abbas said, A man from the Ansar, from among the Companions of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, told me that they were sitting with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when a shooting star flashed across the sky. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “What did you use to say about this in the Days of Ignorance?” They said, “We used to say that a great person had been born tonight or that a great person had died tonight.” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, a shooting star is not cast for the death of anyone nor for their life. Rather, when our Lord, blessed and exalted is He, decrees a matter, the bearers of the Throne glorify Him. Then the people of the heaven who are nearest to them glorify Him until the glorification reaches the people of the lowest heaven. Then the people who are nearest the bearers of the Throne say, ‘What did your Lord say?’ So they tell them. Then the people of the heavens tell some of them to others until the news reaches the people of the lowest heaven. The jinn snatch it away and they cast it to their familiars. Whatever of that they bring in a correct form is true, but they mix it with lies and add to it.” (Doubt about this narration is from Mubashshir).
علی بن حسین رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا کہ مجھے ایک انصاری صحابی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جنہوں نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی صحبت اٹھائی تھی، نے بتایا کہ وہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ بیٹھے تھے کہ ایک تارا ٹوٹا، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تم اس کے بارے میں زمانہ جاہلیت میں کیا کہتے تھے؟ انہوں نے کہا ہم کہتے تھے کہ آج رات کوئی بڑا آدمی پیدا ہوا ہے یا آج رات کوئی بڑا آدمی مر گیا ہے۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ یہ ستارہ کسی کی موت پر نہیں ٹوٹتا ہے اور نہ ہی کسی کی زندگی پر، بلکہ جب ہمارا رب عزوجل کسی کام کا فیصلہ فرماتا ہے تو عرش کے فرشتے اس کی تسبیح بیان کرتے ہیں۔ پھر آسمان والوں میں جو ان کے قریب ہوتے ہیں۔ وہ ان کی تسبیح سنتے ہیں یہاں تک کہ تسبیح آسمان والوں کے پاس پہنچ جاتی ہے جو سب سے نیچے ہوتے ہیں۔ پھر عرش کے قریب والے فرشتے کہتے ہیں کہ تمہارے رب نے کیا فرمایا؟ تو وہ ان کو بتا دیتے ہیں۔ پھر آسمان والے ایک دوسرے کو بتاتے ہیں یہاں تک کہ یہ بات آسمان والوں کے پاس پہنچ جاتی ہے جو سب سے نیچے ہوتے ہیں۔ جنات چوری چھپے سن لیتے ہیں اور اپنے دوستوں پر ڈال دیتے ہیں، ان میں سے جو بات وہ صحیح لاتے ہیں وہ سچی ہوتی ہے اور اس میں جھوٹ اور اپنی طرف سے باتیں بھی ملا لیتے ہیں۔ (اس روایت میں مبشر کی طرف سے کچھ ضعف ہے)۔
Ali bin Hussain Radi Allahu Anhuma se riwayat hai keh Ibn Abbas Radi Allahu Anhuma ne kaha keh mujhe ek Ansaari Sahabi Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam jinhon ne Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki sohbat uthai thi, ne bataya keh woh Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke sath baithe thay keh ek taara toota, to Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya keh tum iske bare mein zamana jahiliyat mein kya kehte thay? Unhon ne kaha hum kehte thay keh aaj raat koi bada aadmi paida hua hai ya aaj raat koi bada aadmi mar gaya hai. Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya keh yeh taara kisi ki maut par nahin tootta hai aur na hi kisi ki zindagi par, balkeh jab hamara Rabb Ajal o Jal kisi kaam ka faisla farmata hai to Arsh ke farishte uski tasbeeh bayan karte hain. Phir Aasman walon mein jo unke kareeb hote hain. Woh unki tasbeeh sunte hain yahan tak keh tasbeeh Aasman walon ke pass pahunch jati hai jo sab se neeche hote hain. Phir Arsh ke kareeb wale farishte kehte hain keh tumhare Rabb ne kya farmaya? To woh unko bata dete hain. Phir Aasman wale ek dusre ko batate hain yahan tak keh yeh baat Aasman walon ke pass pahunch jati hai jo sab se neeche hote hain. Jinat chori chhupe sun lete hain aur apne doston par daal dete hain, un mein se jo baat woh sahih laate hain woh sachi hoti hai aur is mein jhoot aur apni taraf se baaten bhi mila lete hain. (Is riwayat mein mubashir ki taraf se kuch zaeef hai).
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُبَشِّرُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ أَنَّهُمْ بَيْنَمَا هُمْ جُلُوسٌ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذْ رُمِيَ بِنَجْمٍ فَاسْتَنَارَ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَا كُنْتُمْ تَقُولُونَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ إِذَا رُمِيَ بِمِثْلِ هَذَا؟ » قَالُوا كُنَّا نَقُولُ وُلِدَ اللَّيْلَةَ رَجُلٌ عَظِيمٌ وَمَاتَ اللَّيْلَةَ رَجُلٌ عَظِيمٌ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «فَإِنَّهَا لَا تُرْمَى لِمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ وَلَا لِحَيَاتِهِ وَلَكِنَّ رَبَّنَا تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى إِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا سَبَّحَ حَمَلَةُ الْعَرْشِ ثُمَّ سَبَّحَ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ التَّسْبِيحُ أَهْلَ السَّمَاءِ الدُّنْيَا فَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَ حَمَلَةَ الْعَرْشِ مَاذَا قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ؟ فَيُخْبِرُونَهُمْ فَيُخْبِرُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاوَاتِ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْخَبَرُ أَهْلَ السَّمَاءِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَخْطَفُ الْجِنُّ فَيُلْقُونَهُ إِلَى أَوْلِيَائِهِمْ وَيُرْمَوْنَ فَمَا جَاءُوا بِهِ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ فَهُوَ حَقٌّ وَلَكِنَّهُمْ يَقْرِفُونَ فِيهِ أَوْ يَزِيدُونَ» «الشَّكُّ مِنْ مُبَشِّرٍ»
