Sahih Ibn Hibban 6914
Yahya ibn Ma'in narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Osama, who narrated it from Kahmas, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Shaqeeq, who said: Harami ibn al-Harith and Usamah ibn Khuraim narrated to me - and neither of them knew that his companion had narrated it to me - on the authority of Murrah al-Bahzi, who said: While we were with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, on a road from the roads of Medina, he said, "What will you do in a tribulation that will rage in the regions of the earth like the roaring of bulls?" They said, "What shall we do, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "Upon you is this and his companions." He said, "So I hurried until I reached the man. I said, 'Is this him, O Messenger of Allah?' He said, 'This is he.'" And behold, it was Uthman ibn Affan, may Allah be pleased with him.
یحيٰی بن معین نے ہمیں ابو اسامہ کی سند سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہمس سے، انہوں نے عبداللہ بن شقیق سے، انہوں نے کہا: حرامی بن حارث اور اسامہ بن خریم نے مجھے حدیث بیان کی (اور ان میں سے ہر ایک کو یہ معلوم نہ تھا کہ اس کے ساتھی نے بھی مجھ سے یہ حدیث بیان کی ہے) انہوں نے مرۃ البہزی سے، انہوں نے کہا: ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ مدینہ کی کسی گلی میں تھے کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "تم لوگ اس فتنہ میں کیا کرو گے جو زمین کے گوشوں میں بیلوں کی طرح ڈکار رہا ہو گا؟" صحابہ نے عرض کیا: "اللہ کے رسول! ہم کیا کریں گے؟" آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "تمہارے لیے یہ ہیں اور ان کے ساتھی۔" راوی کہتے ہیں: "میں جلدی سے اس آدمی کے پاس پہنچا اور عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! کیا یہ وہی ہیں؟" آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "ہاں یہی ہیں۔" اور وہ عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ تھے۔

Rawi kahte hain: "Main jaldi se is aadmi ke paas pahuncha aur arz kya: Allah ke Rasul! Kya yeh wohi hain?" Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Haan yahi hain." أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ الصُّوفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ كَهْمَسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ حَدَّثَنِي هَرَمِيُّ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ خُرَيْمٍ قَالَ كَانَا يُغَازِيَانِ فَحَدَّثَانِي وَلَا يَشْعُرُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا أَنَّ صَاحِبَهُ حَدَّثَنِيهِ عَنْ مُرَّةَ الْبَهْزِيِّ قَالَ بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي طَرِيقٍ مِنْ طُرُقِ الْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ «كَيْفَ تَصْنَعُونَ فِي فِتْنَةٍ تَثُورُ فِي أَقْطَارِ الْأَرْضِ كَأَنَّهَا صَيَاصِي الْبَقَرِ»؟ قَالُوا نَصْنَعُ مَاذَا يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ «عَلَيْكُمْ بِهَذَا وَأَصْحَابِهِ» قَالَ فَأَسْرَعْتُ حَتَّى عَطَفْتُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ قُلْتُ هَذَا يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ «هَذَا» فَإِذَا هُوَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ ؓ
