Sunan Ibn Majah 1878
Ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that when Uthman bin Mazun (رضي الله تعالى عنه) died, he had one daughter. Ibn Umar ( رضي الله تعالى عنه) said, ‘my maternal uncle Qudamah, who was her paternal uncle, married me to her, but he did not consult her. That was after her father had died. She did not like this marriage, and the girl wanted to marry Mughirah bin Shubah (ru), so she married him.

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ جب عثمان بن مظعون رضی اللہ عنہ کا انتقال ہوا، تو انہوں نے ایک بیٹی چھوڑی، عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ میری شادی اس لڑکی سے میرے ماموں قدامہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کرا دی جو اس لڑکی کے چچا تھے، اور اس سے مشورہ نہیں لیا، یہ اس وقت کا ذکر ہے جب اس کے والد کا انتقال ہو چکا تھا، اس لڑکی نے یہ نکاح ناپسند کیا، اور اس نے چاہا کہ اس کا نکاح مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے کر دیا جائے، آخر قدامہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے اس کا نکاح مغیرہ ہی سے کر دیا ۔
Abdul-Allah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se riwayat hai ke jab Usman bin Maz'un (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ka intaqal hua, to unhon ne ek beti chhodi, Abdul-Allah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a kehte hain ke meri shaadi is larke se mere mamoo Qadamah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne kara di jo is larke ke chacha the, aur is se mashawarah nahin liya, yeh is waqt ka zikr hai jab is ke walid ka intaqal ho chuka tha, is larke ne yeh nikah napasand kiya, aur us ne chaha ke is ka nikah Mughirah bin Sha'bah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se kar diya jaaye, aakhir Qadamah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne is ka nikah Mughirah hi se kar diya 1؎.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ الصَّائِغُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ حِينَ هَلَكَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مَظْعُونٍ تَرَكَ ابْنَةً لَهُ، قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: فَزَوَّجَنِيهَا خَالِي قُدَامَةُ وَهُوَ عَمُّهَا، وَلَمْ يُشَاوِرْهَا وَذَلِكَ بَعْدَ مَا هَلَكَ أَبُوهَا، فَكَرِهَتْ نِكَاحَهُ، وَأَحَبَّتِ الْجَارِيَةُ أَنْ يُزَوِّجَهَا الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ شُعْبَةَ، فَزَوَّجَهَا إِيَّاهُ .
