Sunan Ibn Majah 2192

Amr bin Shu'aib (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated from his father, from his grandfather that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) forbade the deal involving earnest money.

Grade: Sahih

عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے بیعانہ ( عربان کی بیع ) سے منع فرمایا ہے۔

Abdulh bin Amr bin al Aas razi Allah anhuma kehte hain ke Nabi Akram SAW ne Bayanah ( Arban ki bay ) se mana farmaya hai

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ بَلَغَنِي عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَدِّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْعُرْبَانِ .
