Sunan Ibn Majah 413
It was narrated that Shaqiq bin Salamah said, he saw Uthman and Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنهما) performing ablution, washing each part three times, and they said : 'This is how the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) used to perform ablution.' There is another chain for this Hadith with similar wording.

شقیق بن سلمہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے عثمان اور علی رضی اللہ عنہما کو دیکھا کہ وہ اعضاء وضو کو تین تین بار دھوتے تھے، اور کہتے تھے: رسول اللہ ﷺ کا وضو ایسا ہی تھا۔
Shaqeeq bin Salma kehte hain ke main ne Usman aur Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه)uma ko dekha ke wo a'zaa wudhu ko teen teen bar dhote the, aur kehte the: Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka wudhu aisa hi tha.
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، عَنِ ابْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ، عَنْشَقِيقِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ عُثْمَانَ، وَعَلِيًّا يَتَوَضَّآَنِ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا، وَيَقُولَانِ: هَكَذَا كَانَ وُضُوءُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
