Sunan Ibn Majah 4189
Ibn ‘Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘there is no gulp that brings greater reward with Allah than a gulp of anger that a man swallows, seeking thereby the face of Allah.

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: کسی گھونٹ پینے کا ثواب اللہ تعالیٰ کے یہاں اتنا زیادہ نہیں ہے جتنا اللہ تعالیٰ کی رضا کے لیے غصہ کا گھونٹ پینے کا ہے ۔
Abdul-Allah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a kehte hain ke Rasul-Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: kisi ghonth peene ka sawab Allah Ta'ala ke yahan itna zyada nahin hai jitna Allah Ta'ala ki riza ke liye ghussa ka ghonth peene ka hai .
حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْزَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَا مِنْ جُرْعَةٍ أَعْظَمُ أَجْرًا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ، مِنْ جُرْعَةِ غَيْظٍ كَظَمَهَا عَبْدٌ ابْتِغَاءَ وَجْهِ اللَّهِ .
