It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered the payment of Sadaqatul Fitr before the people went out to pray on the day of Eid al-Fitr.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عید الفطر والے دن لوگوں کے نماز کے لئے جانے سے پہلے صدقہ فطر ادا کرنے کا حُکم دیا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar Radi Allahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Eid-ul-Fitr wale din logon ke namaz ke liye jane se pehle Sadqah Fitr ada karne ka hukum diya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي رَوَادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ،" أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ بِزَكَاةِ الْفِطْرِ أَنْ تُؤَدَّى قَبْلَ خُرُوجِ النَّاسِ إِلَى الصَّلاةِ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ"
