بَابُ ذِكْرِ أَوَّلِ صَدَقَةٍ مُحْبَسَةٍ تُصُدِّقَ بِهَا فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَأشْرَاطِ الْمُتَصَدِّقِ صَدَقَةَ الْمَحْرُمَةِ حَبْسَ أُصُولِ الصَّدَقَةِ وَالْمَنْعِ مِنْ بَيْعِ رِقَابِهَا وَهِبَتِهَا وَتَوْرِيثِهَا، وَتَسْبِيلِ مَنَافِعِهَا وَغَلَّاتِهَا عَ
