كِتَابُ الصَّلَاةِ
Chapter on the permissibility of performing the prayer of fear while mounted or walking in intense fear.
بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ صَلَاةِ الْخَوْفِ رُكْبَانًا وَمُشَاةً فِي شِدَّةِ الْخَوْفِ
Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1366
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that whenever he was asked about the prayer of fear, he would narrate a lengthy Hadith and then say, "And if the fear is even more intense than that, then pray on your feet or while riding, facing the Qibla or not facing the Qibla." Janab Nafi narrates that Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated this from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) states that when the students of Imam Malik narrated this Hadith to him, he said that Janab Nafi said, "In my opinion, Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated this Hadith from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)."
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ جب اُن سے نماز خوف کے متعلق سوال کیا جاتا، تو وہ طویل حدیث بیان کرتے اور فرماتے کہ پھر اگر خوف اس سے بھی شدید ہو تو تم اپنے قدموں پر کھڑے کھڑے یا سوار ہوکر، قبلہ رُخ ہو کر یا قبلہ رُخ ہوئے بغیر ہی نماز پڑھ لو۔ جناب نافع بیان کرتے ہیں کہ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے یہ روایت رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کی ہے۔ امام ابوبکر رحمه الله فرماتے ہیں کہ امام مالک کے شاگردوں نے یہ روایت ان سے بیان کی تو انہوں نے کہا جناب نافع نے فرمایا، میرے خیال میں سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما یہ روایت رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہی سے بیان کرتے ہیں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar Radi Allah Anhuma se marvi hai ki jab un se Namaz e Khauf ke mutalliq sawal kya jata to woh taleeq hadeeth bayan karte aur farmatey keh phir agar khauf is se bhi shadid ho to tum apne qadmon par kharey kharey ya sawar hokar qibla rukh ho kar ya qibla rukh huye bagair hi namaz parh lo Janab Nafi bayan karte hain ki Sayyidna Ibn Umar Radi Allah Anhuma ne yeh riwayat Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se bayan ki hai Imam Abu Bakr Rehmatullah Alaih farmate hain ki Imam Malik ke shagirdon ne yeh riwayat un se bayan ki to unhon ne kaha Janab Nafi ne farmaya mere khayal mein Sayyidna Ibn Umar Radi Allah Anhuma yeh riwayat Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam hi se bayan karte hain
نَا نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ الطَّبَّاعِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا سُئِلَ عَنْ صَلاةِ الْخَوْفِ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِطُولِهِ، وَقَالَ: " فَإِنْ كَانَ خَوْفٌ أَشَدَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ صَلَّوْا رِجَالا قِيَامًا عَلَى أَقْدَامِهِمْ، أَوْ رُكْبَانًا مُسْتَقْبِلِي الْقِبْلَةَ وَغَيْرَ مُسْتَقْبِلِيهَا" . قَالَ نَافِعٌ: إِنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ رَوَى ذَلِكَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: رَوَى أَصْحَابُ مَالِكٍ هَذَا الْخَبَرَ عَنْهُ، فَقَالُوا: قَالَ نَافِعٌ: لا أَرَى ابْنَ عُمَرَ ذَكَرَهُ إِلا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
