Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1385
Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) led the prayer of the solar eclipse. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited (from the Quran), then bowed. Then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited again, then bowed. Then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited again and bowed again. Then he recited from the Quran and bowed again. Then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prostrated. He offered the second rak'ah in the same manner. Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I have mentioned the chains of narration of these narrations in Kitab al-Kabir. Therefore, it is permissible for a person to perform as many bowings as he wishes in the Salat al-Kusuf, following the way of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). If he wishes to perform two bowings in each rak'ah, he may do so. And if he wishes, he may perform three bowings in each rak'ah. And if he wishes, he may perform four bowings in each rak'ah, because all these narrations are authentically proven from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). And these narrations are evidence that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not pray the Salat al-Kusuf only once, but rather several times during solar eclipses.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نماز کسوف پڑھائی، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قراءت کی پھر رکوع کیا، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تلاوت کی پھر رکوع کیا، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قراءت کی پھر رکوع کیا، پھر قرآن پڑھا، پھر رکوع کیا، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سجدے کیے، دوسری رکعت بھی اسی طرح ادا کی۔ امام ابوبکر رحمه الله فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے ان روایات کی اسانید کتاب الکبیر میں میں بیان کر دی ہیں۔ لہٰذا آدمی کے لئے جائز ہے کہ وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے طریقے کے مطابق نماز کسوف میں جتنے رکوع پسند کرے جو چاہے ادا کرلے۔ اگر وہ ہر رکعت میں دو رکوع کرنا پسند کرے تو دو رکوع کرلے۔ اور اگر چاہے تو ہر رکعت میں تین رکوع کرے۔ اور اگر پسند کرے تو ہر رکعت میں چار رکوع کرے۔ کیونکہ یہ تمام روایات نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے صحیح ثابت ہیں۔ اور یہ روایات اس بات کی دلیل ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سورج گرہن میں ایک مرتبہ نہیں بلکہ کئی مرتبہ نماز کسوف پڑھی ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas Radi Allahu Anhuma Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se riwayat karte hain ke aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Namaz Kusuf parhayi, aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne qirat ki phir ruku kiya, phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne tilawat ki phir ruku kiya, phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne qirat ki phir ruku kiya, phir Quran parha, phir ruku kiya, phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne sajday kiye, dusri rakat bhi isi tarah ada ki. Imam Abubakar Rahmatullah Alaih farmate hain ke maine in riwayat ki asanid kitab al kabir mein bayan kar di hain. Lihaza aadmi ke liye jayaz hai ke woh Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke tarike ke mutabiq Namaz Kusuf mein jitne ruku pasand kare jo chahe ada karle. Agar woh har rakat mein do ruku karna pasand kare to do ruku karle. Aur agar chahe to har rakat mein teen ruku kare. Aur agar pasand kare to har rakat mein chaar ruku kare. Kyunki ye tamam riwayat Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se sahi sabit hain. Aur ye riwayat is baat ki daleel hain ke Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Suraj Grahan mein ek martaba nahi balke kai martaba Namaz Kusuf parhayi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبٌ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" أَنَّهُ صَلَّى فِي كُسُوفٍ، فَقَرَأَ، ثُمَّ رَكَعَ، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ، ثُمَّ رَكَعَ، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ، ثُمَّ رَكَعَ، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ، ثُمَّ رَكَعَ، ثُمَّ سَجَدَ وَالأُخْرَى مَثَلُهَا" . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: قَدْ خَرَّجْتُ طُرُقَ هَذِهِ الأَخْبَارِ فِي كِتَابِ الْكَبِيرُ، فَجَائِزٌ لِلْمَرْءِ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ فِي الْكُسُوفِ كَيْفَ أَحَبَّ، وَشَاءَ مِمَّا فَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ عَدَدِ الرُّكُوعِ، إِنْ أَحَبَّ رَكَعَ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَةٍ رُكُوعَيْنِ، وَإِنْ أَحَبَّ رَكَعَ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَةٍ ثَلاثَ رَكَعَاتٍ، وَإِنْ أَحَبَّ رَكَعَ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَةٍ أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ ؛ لأَنَّ جَمِيعَ هَذِهِ الأَخْبَارِ صِحَاحٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَهَذِهِ الأَخْبَارُ دَالَّةٌ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى فِي كُسُوفِ الشَّمْسِ مَرَّاتٍ لا مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً
