Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1425
Our master Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated: “Chasht prayer is two rak'ahs, Friday prayer is two rak'ahs, Eid-ul-Fitr prayer is also two rak'ahs, and the traveler's prayer is also two rak'ahs. These are complete prayers, without shortening, from the tongue of your Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. And whoever lied (about him) has indeed failed and lost."

سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں چاشت کی نماز دو رکعت ہے، نماز جمعہ دو رکعت ہے، نماز عیدالفطر بھی دو رکعت ہے، اور مسافر کی نماز بھی دورکعت ہے، تمہارے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زبانی یہ مکمّل، قصر کے بغیر، نمازیں ہیں، اور جس نے (آپ پر) جھوٹ باندھا تو وہ ناکام و نامراد ہوگیا۔
Sayyidina Umar Radi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hain Chasht ki namaz do rakat hai, namaz Jumma do rakat hai, namaz Eid-ul-Fitr bhi do rakat hai, aur musafir ki namaz bhi do rakat hai, tumhare Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki zubani ye mukammal, qasar ke baghair, namazen hain, aur jis ne (aap par) jhoot bandha to woh nakaam o namurad hogaya.
نَا نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ، ح، وَثناهُ عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْخُزَاعِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ الأَيَامِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ " صَلاةُ الأَضْحَى رَكْعَتَانِ، وَصَلاةُ الْجُمُعَةِ رَكْعَتَانِ، وَصَلاةُ الْفِطْرِ رَكْعَتَانِ، وَصَلاةُ الْمُسَافِرِ رَكْعَتَانِ تَمَامٌ غَيْرُ قَصْرٍ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّكُمْ، وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنِ افْتَرَى"
