Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1445
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A) that on the day of Eid, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) delivered the sermon while on his ride. Imam Abu Bakr (R.A) said that this phrase can have two meanings: One, that the Prophet (PBUH) delivered the sermon while standing and not sitting. The second meaning could be that the Prophet (PBUH) delivered the sermon on the ground (and not on a pulpit), as Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A) had stopped Marwan from bringing out the pulpit (towards the Eidgah) and had said to him that a pulpit was not brought out (during the time of the Prophet).
سیدنا ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عید والے دن اپنی سواری پر خطبہ ارشاد فرمایا۔ امام ابوبکر رحمه الله فرماتے ہیں کہ اس لفظ کے دو معنی ہو سکتے ہیں کہ ایک یہ کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کھڑے ہو کر خطبہ ارشاد فرمایا، بیٹھ کر خطبہ نہیں دیا۔ دوسرا معنی یہ ہو سکتے ہیں کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے زمین پر خطبہ دیا (منبر پر نہیں دیا) جیسا کہ سیدنا ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ نے مروان کو (عیدگاہ کی طرف) منبر نکالنے پر روکا تھا اور اُس سے فرمایا تھا کہ (عہد نبوی میں) منبر نہیں نکالا جاتا تھا۔
Sayidina Abusaid Khudri Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Eid wale din apni sawari par khutba irshad farmaya. Imam Abu Bakr Rahmatullah Alaih farmate hain ke is lafz ke do maien ho sakte hain ke ek ye ke Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne kharay ho kar khutba irshad farmaya, baith kar khutba nahi diya. Dusra maien ye ho sakte hain ke Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne zameen par khutba diya (minbar par nahi diya) jaisa ke Sayidina Abusaid Radi Allahu Anhu ne Marwan ko (Eidgah ki taraf) minbar nikalne par roka tha aur us se farmaya tha ke (Ahd Nabvi mein) minbar nahi nikala jata tha.
نَا سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْفَرَّاءِ ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي سَرْحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " خَطَبَ يَوْمَ عِيدٍ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ" . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: هَذِهِ اللَّفْظَةُ تَحْتَمِلُ مَعْنَيَيْنِ، أَحَدُهُمَا أَنَّهُ خَطَبَ قَائِمًا لا جَالِسًا، وَالثَّانِي أَنَّهُ خَطَبَ عَلَى الأَرْضِ، كَإِنْكَارِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَلَى مَرْوَانَ لَمَّا أَخْرَجَ الْمِنْبَرَ، فَقَالَ: لَمْ يَكُنْ يُخْرِجُ الْمِنْبَرَ
