Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1446
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to deliver two sermons while standing, and he would sit between them, creating a separation and distinction between the two.

سیدنا عبد اللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کھڑے ہو کر دو خطبے ارشاد فرماتے تھے اور ان دونوں کے درمیان بیٹھ کر فاصلہ اور جدائی کرتے تھے۔
Sayyidina Abdullah Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam kharde ho kar do khutbe irshad farmate thy aur in donon ke darmiyan beth kar fasla aur judai karte thy.
نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ، نَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ " يَخْطُبُ الْخُطْبَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ، وَكَانَ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَهُمَا بِجُلُوسٍ"
