كِتَابُ الزَّكَاةِ
The chapter on the virtue of charity towards owned slaves when they are with the master of evil, if the report is established.
بَابُ فَضْلِ الصَّدَقَةِ عَلَى الْمَمَالِيكِ إِذَا كَانُوا عِنْدَ مَلِيكِ السُّوءِ، إِنْ ثَبَتَ الْخَبَرُ

Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 2450
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Giving charity to slaves under the authority of an oppressive ruler is the best of all charities."

سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”ظالم برے حاکم کے ماتحت غلاموں پر صدقہ کرنا سب صدقوں سے افضل ہے۔“
Sayyiduna AbuHuraira Radi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hain keh Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Zalim bure hakim ke mathat gulamon per sadqa karna sab sadqon se afzal hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ السَّعْدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا بَشِيرُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ جَبْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَا مِنْ صَدَقَةٍ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ صَدَقَةٍ تُصُدِّقَ بِهَا عَلَى مَمْلُوكٍ عِنْدَ مَلِيكِ سَوْءٍ"
