Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 3061
Our master Jubair bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Why did you (despite being Quraysh) go outside the boundaries of the Haram? While the Quraysh did not go outside the boundaries of the Haram, they used to say that we are the people of Allah, we will not go out of the boundaries of the Haram." But they did not mention that you were staying at the same place in Arafah where you used to stay before. The narration of Rabī' bin 'Abad is also related to this topic.
سیدنا جبیر بن مطعم رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ (قریشی ہونے کے باوجود) حدود حرم سے باہر کیوں گئے ہیں۔ جبکہ قریش حدود حرم سے باہر نہیں نکلتے تھے، وہ کہتے تھے کہ ہم اللہ والے لوگ ہیں، ہم حرم کی حدود سے نہیں نکلیں گے۔ لیکن یہ الفاظ بیان نہیں کیے کہ آپ اسی جگہ عرفات میں ٹھہرے ہوئے تھے جہاں آپ پہلے ٹھہرا کرتے تھے۔ جناب ربیعہ بن عباد کی روایت بھی اس باب کے متعلق ہے۔
Sayyidna Jubair bin Mut'im raziallahu anhu farmate hain ki aap Quraishi hone ke bawajood hudood haram se bahar kyon gaye hain jabki Quresh hudood haram se bahar nahin nikalte the woh kahte the ki hum Allah wale log hain hum haram ki hudood se nahin niklenge lekin ye alfaz bayan nahin kiye ki aap usi jagah Arafaat mein thehre hue the jahan aap pehle thehra karte the Janab Rabia bin Abad ki riwayat bhi is baab ke mutalliq hai
ثَنَاهُ ثَنَاهُ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، وَقَالَ: عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، وَقَالَ: فَمَا لَهُ خَرَجَ مِنَ الْحَرَمِ، وَكَانَتْ قُرَيْشٌ لا تُجَاوِزُ الْحَرَمَ، تَقُولُ: نَحْنُ أَهْلُ اللَّهِ لا نَخْرُجُ مِنَ الْحَرَمِ، وَلَمْ يَقُلْ كَانَ يَقِفُ بِعَرَفَةَ سِنِيهِ الَّتِي كَانَ بِهَا ، وَخَبَرُ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ مِنْ هَذَا الْبَابِ
