Muwatta Imam Malik 1219
Yahya related to me from Malik that Hisham ibn Urwa said about a Bedouin woman whose husband died, that she was to stay where her people stayed.Malik said, "This is what is done among us."

ہشام بن عروہ رحمہ اللہ اپنے والد ( عروہ بن زبیر رحمہ اللہ ) سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، وہ ( صحراء میں رہنے والی ) اس بدوی عورت جس کا خاوند فوت ہو جائے ، کے متعلق فرمایا کرتے تھے کہ وہ وہیں پڑاؤ ڈالے گی جہاں اس کے خاندان والے پڑاؤ ڈالیں گے ۔
Hisham bin Urwah rehmatullah alaihe apne walid (Urwah bin Zubair rehmatullah alaihe) se riwayat karte hain, woh (sahra mein rehne wali) us badwi aurat jis ka khawind foot ho jaye, ke mutalliq farmaya karte the ke woh wahin paradao dalegi jahan us ke khandan wale paradao dalen ge.
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : فِي « الْمَرْأَةِ الْبَدَوِيَّةِ يُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا ، إِنَّهَا تَنْتَوِي حَيْثُ انْتَوَى أَهْلُهَا » قَالَ مَالِكٌ : « وَهَذَا الْأَمْرُ عِنْدَنَا »
