Chapter on what is mentioned about punishment for adultery based on the pulpit of the Prophet ﷺ

Muwatta Imam Malik 1397
Yahya said, Malik related to us from Hisham ibn Hisham ibn Utba ibn Abi Waqqas from Abdullah ibn Nistas from Jabir ibn Abdullah al- Ansari that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'If someone swears a false oath near this mimbar of mine, he will take his seat in the fire.' "

حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ بیشک رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جس شخص نے میرے منبر پر جھوٹی قسم اٹھائی تو اس نے آگ میں اپنا ٹھکانہ بنا لیا ‘‘۔
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Radi Allaho Anhuma se riwayat hai ki beshak Rasul Allah SAW ne farmaya: '' Jis shakhs ne mere mimbar par jhooti qasam uthai to us ne aag mein apna thikana bana liya ''.
قَالَ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ هَاشِمِ بْنِ هَاشِمِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نِسْطَاسٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ : « مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِنْبَرِي آثِمًا تَبَوَّأَ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ »
